Ingredients:
2 cups watermelon
1 mango
1 granny apple
1 bunch cilantro
1 red onion (or half depending on size)
2 jalapenos
1 tbs chili powder
1 tbs cumin
4 cloves garlic
salt and pepper to taste.
I also add: 1/2 red bell pepper 1/2 yellow bell pepper
Directions:
Dice all fruits and veggies into tiny pieces. Mix all ingredients into a bowl. Serve chilled.
