INGREDIENTS …- 1/2 cup butter
- 1c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 3/4 c. solid pack pumpkin
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. butterscotch chips
INSTRUCTIONS …- Preheat oven to 325. Grease bottom of pans.
- Cream butter and sugar together.
- Add eggs and beat, then place to side.
- Combine all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Add pumpkin alternating with dry ingredients to the egg mixture, and beat.
- Stir in chips.
- Bake as follows: small loaf pans (2) 50 minutes OR tube or bunt pan 70 minutes.
